Description

Guided Missile is an arcade game for one or two players where the aim is to hit various targets with missiles. With the press of a button missiles are launched from a stationary position at the bottom of the screen and when it reaches the top it begins descending back down towards the ground. On the way up the player has no control of its direction but as it begin descending the player can steer it by moving the joystick left or right. It's only when the missile is on its way back that it's possible to hit a target. There are six different targets (trucks, boats, helicopters, tanks, planes and subs) and each is worth different amount of points with subs having the highest value and subs the lowest. The aim of the game is simply to reach the highest score possible within the given time which can be set by the operator between 60 and 90 seconds.
