Description
Final Star Force is a vertical-scrolling shooter.
The gameplay of Final Star Force abandons the dungeon exploration elements of it's console-exclusive predecessor. Players control two space ships (Blue Nova and Red Nova) and have three power-ups to choose from called "Pulsators" (A-Pulsator, B-Pulsator, C-Pulsator). Unlike most shoot 'em up games that require players to obtain power-ups in order to increase the ships' firepower, in Final Star Force the power meter charges up automatically.
