Description

The object of Side Trak is to clear each level by picking up all of the passengers standing by the tracks on the screen.

You pick up people simply by passing them by, and when you switch tracks at certain points, it changes the course of the track. Switching tracks is important to prevent from colliding with the "killer engine", which will cause you to lose a life. You receive another train car added to your current train when you pass the START space, and receive bonus points for picking up passengers when you have added train cars.

The action button, when pressed, is used to speed up your train, which also helps you avoid the killer engine. The game becomes progressively more difficult as you clear each level. The game is over when you have no more lives left.
