Description
War of the Worlds is a arcade shooter game similar to space invaders. The setting and plot are loosely based on H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds. A player controls a tank at the bottom of the screen and shoots vertically up at Martian spaceships and tanks that are attacking. The player has shields to protect them. The game is rendered using vector graphics. Both a monocrome and a colour version of the game exist.
